High Lifter just released it new style of Outlaws. The Outlaw "2" had a totally new tread design that wraps all the way down to the bead. Each of the treads is cupped 18% more than the traditional Outlaw 29.5. With the added cupping, High Lifter  added tread height by more that a 1/2" in most cases, that's huge! But i know what you are saying more tread = rough ride, well you couldn't be further from the truth. these tires ride smooth compared to the old outlaws.
