State Line Customs warrants to the ORIGINAL buyer of this lift kit that it is free from any defects in workmanship and material for the life time of the lift or until its sold, subject to the following conditions: a) The product is properly installed, used and maintained. b) Determination as to the existence and nature of any defect in workmanship or product shall be made by State Line Customs, and all such determination shall be final. c) If the unit has been modified in any way by any other party other than State Line Customs, the warranty shall be considered null and void. This warranty covers only parts MANUFACTURED AND REPLACED by State Line Customs with the exception of ball joints,bearings, hiem joints, and bushings. OEM parts are not covered under this warranty. Also not covered under this warranty: Repair or replacement following collision. d) Purchaser must have original invoice number, date, and this paper work. e) State Line Customs is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Also not covered are the labor and materials that may be necessary to remove a defective unit or to install a replacement unit. Shipping to and from Sate Line Customs is the responsibility of the consumer. THIS WARRANTY CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED AND IS ONLY VALID FOR THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER. If all of the above terms are met, Sate Line Customs will replace the defective parts free of charge. There is no such warranty, expressed or implied, on the Gorilla Axles included with this lift kit. If the lift is equipped with Turner Cycles axles the axle components will be warranted for 1 year in the case of failure. Axles boots and bands are not covered by the warranty. State Line Custom reserves the right to void the warranty at any time.
